  • 1-2 new Board members with professional backgrounds or personal experience with fund development. Expertise in developing fundraising plans, growing individual giving programs and starting corporate giving programs is preferred.
  • 1-2 new Board members with professional backgrounds or personal experience in finances. Expertise in accounting, QuickBooks, budgeting is preferred.
  • 1-2 new Board members who can assist ETA staff in connecting with local leaders, potential volunteers and collaborators. Passion for networking and thinking strategically is preferred.
  • A college student who is interested in sharing personal experiences and perspective on cross-generational opportunities and challenges to help shape the programming of Empowering the Ages.
  • A high school student to be a Student Member of the Board who is interested in sharing personal experiences and perspective on cross-generational opportunities and challenges to help shape the programming of Empowering the Ages.

We believe everyone has something important to contribute to their community. We’re grateful to our dedicated board members and all that they contribute to Empowering the Ages! Each board member has chosen one word representing something they aim to bring to their work with ETA.
